HelP Me?

Mr. Selick asked:

On page 5 of Une Barque Sur l’ocean by Ravel, there is this measure where the left hand plays argeggios and the right hand plays something like a trill ( thirty-second notes). The rhythm is VERY incoherent at this point and Ravel simply switches from triplets to thirty second notes. it’s VERY confusing. Should I play the right hand like a trill, but keep it at a reasonable tempo or I should make sure it goes with the left hand? I AM DESPERATE. I can somehow keep the rhythm strict but it’s gonna take soooooo much time.
