Born and raised in Southern California, Albert Taylor performed development engineering on a top secret program which has since become known as the F-117A Stealth Fighter. He evaluated satellite system designs in support of former President Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) or Star Wars. During the late 1980’s Taylor taught Logistics Engineering at Cerritos College, California. He has also served as a volunteer art instructor at St. Paul’s Elementary School in West Los Angeles. Taylor’s art work has been exhibited in Southern California galleries. In 1992 he developed two prototype computers, and started a company called Phoenix Computers Systems, which he still owns today.
After a myriad of paranormal events, and as a result of a spiritual awakening, Taylor left behind nearly two decades of work as an aeronautical engineer/scientist, to author and publish his book, Soul Traveler. Taylor is currently a metaphysical researcher, teacher, lecturer and artist. He is an active member of International Association of Near Death Studies, Inc. (IANDS) and a participant in the Monroe Institute’s On-line Email Voyagers program.
Parapsychology researcher Albert Taylor returned to discuss out-of-body experiences (OBEs) as well as physical attacks by spirit entities. The onset of an OBE typically involves three sensations, he detailed: 1) paralysis, where the soul disconnects from the body, 2) vibration, as the transition begins to the astral plane and 3) a roaring or electronic sound.
There are a number of levels to the astral plane, he said, and as you rise higher vibrationally, you move upwards. Beyond the astral, is the etheric plane, a light body realm where Taylor said he has also journeyed. By positively stating “I want…,” one can control the nature of their OBE, he explained. He differentiated astral travel from remote viewing, saying that in an OBE one can be an active participant rather than just an observer.
The lower astral planes are inhabited by a variety of beings, some of whom appear to be involved in attacks on humans, Taylor noted. Through his organization, Paranormal Research Investigations, he has tracked such cases, one of which involved a teenage girl that his team observed suffering from bleeding wounds that appeared from an unknown, invisible source.

It would be cool to visit friends in dreams so you can tell them about it later and freak them out!

I had that paralysis hit me last night. I’ve been into astral projection for a while and had all but given up on it. Until I was frozen stiff last night. This one was the weirdest time too, because I think I was moving my head around “inside” of my physical head. I don’t really know how to explain it

in astral projection you leave your body.
you roam ‘creation’ in a timeless manner. outside the physical there is no such thing as time
if someone is looking for you they can see you or if you truly do not want them to you can ‘hide’ from them

    it can be freaky
in one experience i witnessed a star burst

“so what does this astral thing do..do u like roam the real world in real time.and can anyone see you??is it freaky?”

It happened to me once and was the same as being physically awake except my body felt light and “subtle”. If you felt your arms right now you know its flesh and bone but when I focused on my body it seemed like a holographic image that crystallized. The environment was a replica of this one and it was not scary at all. It was the greatest experience, it happened with no drugs

I wonder. If a person is born blind, and does not really know what seeing is from personal experience, if they were to practice astral travel would they bother trying to “see” when they are much better at understanding their surroundings through other senses.

We perceive things as we have come accustom to seeing them, so I’d imagine that if you have never seen a chair, you wouldn’t see one in the higher realms of the astral plane. William Buhlman tried to explain that out of body we put things into familiar forms that our minds can easily understand. That being said though, if the blind person is in one of the dimensions close to the physical world, perhaps he or she COULD actually see a chair. Love to hear the research results on this issue. :)

Hey there, do some research on Robert Bruce, he had to teach a person who was blind since birth to astral travel. Not sure what his results were.

If astral travel is as people say it, then how comes i can’t find a person that was blind from birth that can do this and see his surroundings? i have experienced this 3 times now and i am aware of it but my question needs to be answered.. so anybody please add your thoughts on this :-P thank you

I have this book and its good!!

soul travel is dangerous if the astral body does not sync with the physical body then you will be found of unknown causes!!

I have had OBE and goto the yoga centre, your mind is not in the brain its in the astral body, the brain is a relay station..incredible! the moment you panic “you” snap back from panic it will enlighten you! The body is the vehicle “you” are the driver

When you were a kid, you had a bad day and you will run to your room and take a nap. After you have taken your nap, you feel happy all of a sudden. This is cause of “Astral Projection”. We all done and we even didn’t know it.

    wow.
    its amazing.
when i get further on my explorations, i wanna meet my soul creator.

Well I only know what I’ve experienced and from my understanding we (all living things, plants, tree, animals, aliens, planets, stars) are all made up souls (energies) It’s why we click with some people on a very deep level and others we just can’t. I think the chemistry that is felt by any given two parties has something to do with where we were created. Which probably means we’re all come from different stars, and each star creates multiple souls (soul mates).

Right on, well said, that’s y I dream! to go back home for a short period of time, or else will go psychotic (that’ if we don’t dream). It certainly can be a harsh school, but if we don’t learn what we came to learn we’re going to come back! :P so I guess gotta **** it up and learn what it is that I know I have to learn deep inside, otherwise gotta come back here! :P

    thats mad as!
and the orion const. - do we all belong to the one star or do we all belong to diffrent ones.
because dont we have a soul family, soul brothers and sisters?
and is god relevant to this star?
    thanx for the reply.

Well from my own personal experiences, one time I’ve gone back to my star (one of the stars on Orion constellation where I was created), this happen to me by doing a meditation with a spiritual healer! When i go there, I saw two healers there where they moved their hands up/down my body (without touching me) and felt this white/gold light going inside of me from their hands, felt amazing! When came back to, for about 15 min felt like I had no weight when walking, like walking on the clouds.
