What kinds of services would they provide and how could they make the experience of planning travel as easy and enjoyable as possible?

Planning is the enjoyable part. The difficult/stressful part is the actual traveling. I would want a service that is available to help me if/when flights are canceled or delayed. Also, what about getting to a hotel and finding it’s substandard? I would want someone who could quickly get me to a better place.
